Who we are

Camp Buddy is a UK campsite ordering and operations platform operated by CAMPBUDDYLTD. We act as data controller for our own website and enquiries, and as data processor for campsites using the platform to take guest orders.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit on this site — name, campsite, email and any message.
• Guest order details processed on behalf of a campsite — pitch or contact reference, order contents, allergen selections and order status.
• Card payments, which are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as device and browser information, subject to cookie consent.

How we use it

To respond to demo requests, provide and support the platform, take and fulfil orders, send receipts and order updates, meet accounting and VAT obligations, and keep the service secure and reliable.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the service and, where you consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can change or withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — hosting, database, email delivery and Stripe for payments. Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Your rights
