The service
Camp Buddy is a UK campsite ordering and operations platform provided by CAMPBUDDYLTD, live in production at Back of Beyond campsite in Dorset. The live product is at campbuddy.uk.
Demos and subscriptions
The 7-day demo is provided free and without commitment. Paid plans are billed monthly per site. You may cancel at any time before the demo ends or before the next renewal.
Guest orders and payments
Guest orders are placed with the campsite, not with CAMPBUDDYLTD. Card payments are processed by Stripe and guests receive an emailed receipt with live order status. Guests accept the campsite's terms and refund policy at checkout.
Site responsibilities
Campsites are responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices, availability and allergen information, for meeting age-verification requirements on alcohol sales, and for fulfilling orders placed through the platform.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, including payment reconciliation and staff alerts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
